SPICE
LETTER
Dearest Spice Lover,
Every morning in our village, before the chai goes on the stove, my grandmother would open the old tin dabba and reach for the turmeric. Its golden warmth would fill the courtyard — a ritual older than memory.
The Spice Letter was born from that tin dabba. From the belief that the spices you cook with should carry the same honesty as a handwritten letter — no shortcuts, no fillers, only the real thing.
We source directly from small farms across Kerala, Rajasthan, and the Konkan coast. Every blend is hand-ground in small batches, wrapped in love, and sent to your door like a letter from home.
With warmth,

Living in the city, I thought I'd given up on real home-style cooking. Then this arrived. The turmeric smells exactly like my grandmother's kitchen in Jaipur.

We order every month. The Garam Masala is genuinely unlike anything we've tasted — it actually smells like home.
