2. Products & Descriptions
We take great care to describe our spices, masalas, and snacks accurately. However, due to the natural variation in agricultural products, slight differences in colour, aroma, or appearance between batches are possible and do not constitute a defect. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. Ordering & Payment
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • We accept payments via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery where available.
4. Delivery & Shipping
• We currently deliver across India. International shipping may be available on request. • Estimated delivery times are 4–7 business days for most pin codes. Remote areas may take longer. • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, strikes, natural events, or public holidays. • The Spice Letter is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the shipment has been handed over.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be happy with their order. Our return policy: • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. • Taste or preference: As spices are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns based on taste preference. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering. • Opened packages: Cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, recipes, logos, and the name "The Spice Letter" — is the intellectual property of The Spice Letter and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
7. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to: • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Use the site for any illegal or unlawful purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm any other user or our team members We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Spice Letter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
